Our very own Board Member, Derrick Battie, was given a Community Service Award from City Councilwoman Carolyn King Arnold!
 Focus on Teens was the lucky beneficiary of an event held by OverRidge Wealth Management. Their CEO, Mr. Andy Heinz, and project coordinator, Ms. Judy Marquardt, went to extraordinary lengths to bring awareness of the plight of the homeless students in our very own metroplex. It is through the generosity of OverRidge Wealth Advisors and their clients that Focus on Teens is able to assist the many homeless youth in Dallas - from kindergarten through high school - with the help of our Drop-In and Emergency Food and Supply Centers.
